How do you re-generate? Moving my body, spending time with my chosen family, and my absolute favorite – hot baths!

What is your superpower? My favorite real life superpower is one we all share – the capacity to learn!

What is your favorite part of making transformational change in systems, organizations and people? I love the way people light up when they realize that we can remake the world together anytime, starting right where we are, with our conscious effort, attention, and imagination. What a gift!

What is the question your life seeks to answer? What’s possible when we show up as our whole selves, with and for each other, and take our dreams seriously?

Favorite place on the planet? The beach, any beach! Being near the ocean reminds me that I’m small in a way that never feels diminishing, but feels just right. Just one of billions of beating hearts on this pale blue dot!
